This is a contemporary abstract encaustic artwork by Canadian artist, Anastessia Bettas. Anastessia's work is a reflection of her fascination with the fragmented, grid-like patterns found in nature which she uses to abstractly capture the essence of landscapes and journeys.

This piece continues the artist’s ongoing exploration of translating NASA’s space missions into visual art.
