Gallery Director/Owner - Jacalyn Strauss Zimmerman - jackie@petroffgallery.com

Jackie is a certified Landscape Designer by training and continues to work in the field with residential and commercial clients. She grew up in the retail business and places great importance on client service. With a lifelong interest in the field of design and art, she has a strong belief in the arts in Canada and has developed a keen eye for spotting exceptional emerging artists and attracting established artists to the gallery.  She also serves as a Juror for the Artists Network and the Society of Canadian Artists.


Gallery Manager - Ivan Tanzer, MMSt, BFA - ivan@petroffgallery.com

Originally from Montreal, Ivan moved to Toronto in 2006 to complete his Master's degree in Museum Studies. A curator and lover of the arts, he continues to work directly with artists, art fairs, and contemporary arts organizations. Prior to joining Petroff Gallery he worked for several different cultural institutions in Ontario and Quebec. He brings a wealth of client service experience and a keen interest in using technology to support and grow the arts in Canada.


Gallery Associate - Mariana Bolanos, BFA - mariana@petroffgallery.com

Mariana is a Mexican artist who moved to Toronto in 2011 to continue her education in Fine Arts. She has curated and participated in numerous exhibitions in Canada and Mexico. For the past few years she has been working in artist studios and galleries learning to connect the artistic practice with the customer. Mariana brings her creative experience and enthusiasm to the Gallery and can help you find your perfect piece of art.

With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and a Master's in Contemporary Art History, Conservation and Criticism, Erin spent the last five years in New York solidifying her passion and knowledge of visual art. She has worked in various art institutions - from galleries, art fairs to museums - and is devoted to the vibrant art community of Toronto which she now calls home. As an avid supporter of Canadian art, Erin brings her diverse experiences in art consultations to aid you in your journey of collecting art.


Gallery Associate - Lauchlin MacQuarrie, MFA, BA - lauchlin@petroffgallery.com

Lauchlin is currently completing his Master’s in Curatorial Studies at OCADU in Toronto. He has curated exhibitions and presented his own work in both Toronto and Nova Scotia. Drawing on years of experience in the commercial art world, Lauchlin brings a fresh, dynamic approach to curation and home design—one shaped by the warmth of his East Coast roots and the energy of downtown Toronto.
