1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We want you to purchase your original artwork knowing you will be fully satisfied.

In the event that you wish to exchange your purchase for shipped pieces, simply notify us within five (5) days from the receipt of the artwork(s) by e-mail to info@petroffgallery.com of any intended exchange. You may exchange any artwork(s) providing that:

The artwork(s) shall be returned in the same condition received and within ten (10) days from the date of notification of such return. You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to Petroff Gallery, and for all costs associated with the shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping rates are determined by a combination of the weight and number of items purchased in relation to the recipient’s location relative to Toronto, Canada. Rates have been calculated for Canada and the continental United States.

For all other countries or territories, we will be happy to supply you with a shipping quote.

3. DUTY

Canadian Customers- None.

US Customers- Original, Canadian artwork is entitled to enter the US duty-free however recent changes by the US adminstration may result in duties. Customers are responsible for all duties on imported goods. In order for US customs to release your shipment into the US a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required. We cannot anticipate any additional fees individual states may require for web purchases after the fact.

Other Countries- Most nations allow the importation of original art work without duty. If unsure, check with your country's duty polices. Any duty, local taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the receiving party.

4. PAYMENT

Petroff Gallery uses Shopify’s Payment Gateway (SPG) for online payments. SPG allows us to safely process all major credit card payments and complete financial transactions as securely as possible. You will receive an email receipt to confirm Petroff Gallery has received your order.

5. AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that an artwork is sold in the gallery just prior or simultaneously to us receiving the online sale notification from Shopify, the client in the gallery shall have first rights to purchase and you will be fully refunded.

6. CURRENCY

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

7. TERMS OF USE

All rights with respect to this website including images, format, layout and text content are reserved exclusively to petroffgallery.com. This website may not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, medium, electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording or otherwise, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of petroffgallery.com.
