My inspiration to create haute couture jewellery comes from the culture and architecture of countries where I have lived and visited – Spain, Mexico, Greece and France. I draw from the wrought iron gateways and window grates, sculpted and curvy, mosaic adornments and colourful hillside dwellings, narrow passageways, the glorious sun sparkled beaches, breezy swirling oceans of multi-coloured blue and green waters.
Dawn melts fine silver to make .950 silver, then rolls out the ingot to each particular shape and size for her designs. Her work is unique and collected across Canada, Mexico – Manzanillo, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, San Miguel Allende Guanajuato and Puerto Vallarta and many other countries around the world.
